WHAT WILL MY LICENSE INCLUDE?

Every original custom mix will come with a PDF License. Please read the sample license above for full information. Here are some of the main features your license will include:
- Your license will include full "through to the viewer" rights to your music. This allows you to perform your routine to your music in any public performance or broadcast as long as the music is accompanied by a cheerleading or dance routine.
- You do NOT have the ability or permission to edit or alter your music in any way after it is received! If you alter your mix in any way, even it if is just adding one sound effect, your license will become void and you will no longer have permission to use your music or perform it. You will be in violation of copyright law and CheerMixALot will not be held responsible for any lawsuits brought on you. In order to protect yourself, please contact us with any fixes you may need. We will do our best to complete these corrections at little or no cost!
- Your license expires on May 15th of the current competition year. You may use your mix as many years as you wish, but you just have to contact CheerMixALot in order to received a new license. There is a $50 fee for a new license for premade mixes and a $100 fee for a new license for full custom mixes. Some other restrictions may apply. Please contact us for details.
